Propensity Score/Predictive Mean/Mahalanobis Distance Combination Method

The system employs the three methods outlined elsewhere on this site to generate imputations. The Propensity Scores and Predicted Values are calculated for all cases in the dataset. The same set of covariates is used for both calculations. Once these calculations are completed the propensity scores and predicted values are then used as the covariates for the Mahalanobis Distance method.
