9M – Linear Scores for Preference Pairs

Linear Scores for Preference Pairs using BMDP Statistical Software Program 9M

For each case, 9M constructs a score that is a linear combination of the variables where the coefficients are based on judgements (preferences) of experts comparing two cases at a time. The expert does not have to judge all possible pairs of cases. The variables used in the linear function are determined in a stepwise manner. Input is a data matrix and a matrix of preferences.
