Histograms and Univariate Plots using BMDP Statistical Software Program 5D

5D Prints displays for grouped or ungrouped data.

• For each bar in a histogram, the number of observations and percentage as well as the cumulative percent of each are printed as text.
• High resolution displays include cumulative histogram, cumulative frequency distribution plot, normal probability plot, detrended normal probability plot and half normal plot.
• Two types of Case weights are available: frequency – each count has the effect of repeating cases andweights – to adjust for sampling from populations with unequal variances.
